It’s a Full House for Inmalo Demolition Attachments

Inmalo have recently supplied a new MBI SH310 Shear to Balicrest on a large demolition site and clearance project in the town centre of Farnborough, Hampshire for main contractors Cantillon.

Balicrest have 4 large excavators on site, one of which is fitted with a high reach demolition arm. All four excavators are using a range of Inmalo MBI attachments including: RP40 and RP18 rotating pulverisers for walls and concrete structures, a new SH310 Shear for steel work reduction and a GR1500 Grapple for ground clearance.

Danny McGee, site manager for Balicrest is in no doubt why they have invested in the Inmalo MBI range of demolition attachments.

"We’ve just bought our second SH310 Shear simply because these tools have proved themselves to be the best.  It’s simply about reliability and power for us. We need these tools to be working pretty much non-stop every day and we need to minimize the risk of any downtime.

The MBI SH310 Shear has tremendous power to cut through a wide range of steels as you’ve seen today and the jaw design enables materials to clear from the jaws without jamming. The RP40 and RP18 Rotating Pulverisers are working non-stop and have the power to crush all the reinforced concrete structures and walls on this site. We just like the power and reliability of these attachments and the reliable service we get from Inmalo.

Using the same manufacturer’s attachments means that we have continuity of service on site. Any issues or spare part requirements are quickly addressed by Inmalo engineers".

For Ballicrest and many other customers, strict contract schedules and penalties are driving demand for greater performance and reliability from demolition attachments.  On test, Inmalo have won a number of orders this year on reliability, power and productivity. All clear indicators that companies are prepared to invest in quality and performance attachments.
